KTT has a team of architects, headed by a recognized wood construction architect; who has designed projects throughout Indonesia. When the building is designed, great care is taken to ensure the ecology of the landscape is retained. All designs and construction are coupled to merge with the landscape topography, so the building becomes one with the land.

In addition to the design of the main building, KTT also specialize in interior design, to include all fixtures, fittings, homeware and furnishings.
